Coaching Staff

The Crusaders girls’ volleyball team is led by head coach, Maegan Dickerson, now in her second season with Scecina. Maegan brings over two decades of coaching experience across all levels of the sport, Coach Dickerson leads the Crusader program with a heavy emphasis on teamwork, discipline and comprehensive skill development. Her elite athletic background and passion for mentorship guide her mission to help student-athletes build immense confidence on and off the court.

She was a four-year varsity standout and a key contributor to securing three state championship titles. Following graduation, she held the school's all-time kill record for eight years and was later inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame.

Her high school success earned her a full athletic scholarship to play Division I volleyball for the Purdue Boilermakers. While competing at the highest collegiate tier, she earned a degree in child development, laying the groundwork for her future in youth coaching and mentorship.
